Romeo Is Bleeding

by Doc Byron

Dead, they pose no threat

not to Romeo

lifeless act of their surrender

becomes a numbness

Into a void, deep and dark

a prickly black hole

death itself

the sadisitic pleasure derived

They crave him, yet fear him

oh sweet Romeo

I burn for you

even as you slit me open

Sex and death

lovingly entwined

drives away the secret demons

Celebrate me, mourn me

within the same breath

my sweet Romeo

I am dead; why do you still bleed for me?
