It Takes Real Courage to Be Kind.

by Roxanne Lea Dubarry

Preface

Why not try to have the courage to be kind?

It takes real courage to be kind.

Instead of speaking aloud the first

Unkind thought that enters into your mind.

Having the proper courage to be bold,

Is much more valuable than either silver or gold.

Showers of blessing will rain upon you

when your Time in life has come to grow gracefully old.

When your time has come to die, You can finally rest

Heavenly angel will be right beside your death bed.

Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.

Always be careful of your life's pathways you are lead.

Do not keep company with rude people;

Least you also become crude.

And who can you blame?

It will only cause complete misery and shame.

Whereas, having the courage to be kind,

Will cause rays of sunlight to shine upon you,

And your family for now, and throughout

The rest of eternity. It is worth your trials

And your rocky journeys.

Love as always,
