Been writing since I was 12 years old. In that case it was a gossip sheet for the NYC 128-resident apartment I lived in. Now at 88 I'm still writing short stories, have published my own book, and volunteer help in many newsletters at condos and religious institutions, as well as at a local elementary school helping students when they work with computers. Keeps the mind busy and Alzheimer's at bay! If you've retired...do something with the rest of your life instead of playing golf, watching TV. Keep writing, too!
