Dark Tales Monthly Short Story Competition

Original, unpublished horror and speculative fiction of up to 5000 words required. Deadline last day of each month.

Prize money: £200 ($325 US), £100 ($160), £50 ($82),  £5 ($8) for all other shortlisted entrants; plus publication in the professionally-illustrated anthology Dark Tales.

Entry fee £3 ($5), £6 ($10) to include tick-sheet critique, £15 ($40) to include tick-sheet critique and proof edit. Free entry for subscribers - subscribe for just £15 for four issues if you're in the UK, or $40(US) elsewhere.
