2 tiny suggestions

Now that I am getting into the swing of using the site I find 2 things that would make it above Excellent!

1). Would it be possible to add the length of each story in brackets. I think this would encourage more people to read because sometimes you only have a few minutes free and so you could quickly read a really short story and post a quick comment or if you have a good hour to spare you could choose the longer ones.

2). Would it be possible to include some information about the moderators of the site on the home page - that may encourage more people to submit stories. There seems to be a cloud of mystery surrounding 'them'. (or is that the way it is meant to be)

I like the idea of #1. That'll be something on the new site, for sure. At least, somewhere! Maybe you'll be able to search by length of submission. Or search for submissions as normal, but be able to sort them by length, date, title, etc..
#2 is all Marc's thing. The "About Us" page would be a good place for that, though it's not actually used (or says all that much) at present. I'll force Marc to write something more about everyone operating this site before the new one's launched

When i say it's not used, I mean it's not used to the extent of.. well, have you read it?! It does need to say more about the community, and the people who run it. Marc just never had time/bothered with that page much when the site was getting off the ground. Then I guess he forgot about it!

We are currently in the process of up-dating the site and giving it all a bit of a make-over. The 'About us' page is one of our next in line for the make-over. The idea is to have a photo of each of the lovely admin staff with a brief bio    (awww and that does mean you too dan) xx
